Access to this location inside the fenced area containing the march is through 77th and 81st Streets. A pre-march speakout, featuring Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Jones, and 2012 Green presidential candidate Dr. Jill Stein, will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Nader to Campaign for Hawkins, Funiciello Cap District Sun September 14
Ralph Nader, the consumer advocate and former Green Party presidential candidate, will come to the Capital District to campaign for Green candidates Howie Hawkins and Matt Funiciello on Sunday, Sept. 14.
Nader, Hawkins, Funicello and Portelli will speak at the Unitarian Church, 405 Washington Ave, Albany at 4:30 PM. There will be a suggested donation of $20 ($10 for students and low-income). RSVP at http://www.howiehawkins.org/nader_albany
Nader will help launch the post-primary drive for the general election for the Green statewide ticket, including Hawkins for Governor and Albany resident Theresa Portelli for State Comptroller. Issues to be addressed include minimum wage, stock transfer tax, climate change and single payer health care.
Nader will also campaign in the north country for Glens Falls resident Matt Funiciello, the Green Party candidate for Congress in the 21st Congressional district. There will be a public event at noon at the Wood Theater, 207 Glen St., Glens Falls.
